Tip 1: How to take care of your accessories which possess pearls?
Pearls require special care. They are porous, and organic materials. They are relatively softer than other gemstones. Chemicals in perfume, lotion and hair spray or natural oils and perspiration can lead to the dulling of the pearl's luster(colour).
Advise: 1) Apply your lotion, perfume, or hair spray before you wear the pearls. 2) Wash them fortnightly, to prevent the chemicals from accumulating. 3) Use a soft cloth SUITABLE FOR JEWELLERY ONLY, so the pearls will not scratch. 4) Do not use any hair dryer or cleaner to dry the pearls. Let it dry naturally.. 5) Maintain it well, and take good care of it. It can last for at least a few years. 6) Do not leave them scattered around. Our accessories come in ziplocks or plastics. Keep them there after use.
